直接、活性、硫化染料在纤维素纤维上染浓深色时湿摩擦牢度低，特别是大黑、大红、翠兰等湿摩擦牢度往往低于3级，而出口欧美的纺织品湿摩檫牢度要求3级以上。故本公司特别开发了湿摩擦牢度提高剂802。

【产品特点】   Characteristic

1.不会破坏染色织物的牢度。

2.用于纤维素纤维活性染料染色后固色处理；具有优异的提高湿磨擦牢度效果，可提高1-2级，达到3级以上。

【使用方法】usage

根据使用染料的种类、浓度，被处理织物的种类、形态的不同，用法如下：

According to the dye type, concentration, processed fabric types, form different, usage is as follows:

1.浸渍法impregnation method

用量dosage：提高剂improver802：4～8％（o.w.f.）（视色度深浅调整）

浴比Bath ratio：1：10～20

工艺：染色后色布（pH≤7）→浸渍（温度：25℃，时间：20~30min）→烘干（100～120℃）→焙烘（150-160℃焙烘90S）

Process: after dyeing cloth (pH ≤7) - dip (temperature: 25 ℃, time: twenty ~ 30 min) - drying (100 ~ 120 ℃) and baking (150-160 ℃ baking 90 s)

2.浸轧法 Pad method

用量dosage：提高剂improver802：30～50g/L；

工艺：染色后色布（pH≤7）→二浸二轧（温度：15～20℃，轧余率：70～80％）→烘干（100～120℃）

Process: after dyeing cloth (pH ≤ 7) - two dip two rolling (temperature: 15 ~ 20℃, rolling over rate: 70 ~ 80%) - drying (100 ~ 120 ℃)

注意：配制好后的工作液在25℃附近呈半透明乳液状，配制好后请立即使用。
