Application:
Antioxidant GS is a multifunctional antioxidant. It is the latest generation of bisphenol monoacrylate antioxidants.
[Characteristics and advantages]
1. Can effectively prevent butadiene homopolymerization and copolymer gel formation (especially in the process of oxygen-free conditions);
2. Does not change color, low volatile content;
3. Excellent extraction resistance;
It’s widely used in adhesives, styrene thermoplastic elastomer, ABS, polystyrene and rubber modified polystyrene. It can effectively capture alkyl free radicals, especially in high temperature processing under anoxic conditions can play a greater role. Can be used in conjunction with benzotriazole ultraviolet absorbers and hindered amine light stabilizers. In the adhesive elastomer, it has a good synergistic effect with phenolic antioxidants and phosphite antioxidants. The recommended dosage is 0.05-0.5%.
