Methyl MQ silicone resin is a kind of Si-O based cubic solid (nonlinearity) new style silicone material, structural formula as follows; [(CH3)3SiO1/2]a[SiO4/2]b, in which [(CH3)3SiO1/2] is M and [SiO4/2] is Q, according to the different ratio of M and Q, the character, specification, and application will shows difference.

Methyl MQ-type silicone resin has the following excellent features:

Application:

1. Used for making high-temperature resistant coating, and insulation,conection,seal of H grade machine.

2. Used for making various kinds of waterproof coating, it ‘s the ideal material to make daily chemical industry such as lipstick, etc.

3. It can be as tackifier when the inorganic material and organic material bonding.

4. Used for make release agent for varieties of materials.

5. Improve, regulate pressure-sensitive adhesive’s stripping resistance, thus can be used as regulator of stripping resistance, and used for making pressure sensitive adhesive tape, etc.

6. Used as a reinforcing agent in silicone rubber, the reinforced silicone rubber is colorless and transparent , with high mechanical strength.

7.Used for making defoamer, and a particular MQ ratio can react cross-linking without solvent to dilute it.

Usage and dosage:

Applying it by adding it directly or use toluene, or xylene to dissolve it; If use it

in Colorless, odorless environment, should use colorless odorless dispersant(such as silicone oil ,etc.) .Dosage is 1-20% base on according to different application.
