Properties:
1. Compared with dimethyl silicone oil, has better compatibility with silicone resin.
2. Compared with common lubricant such as butyl stearate, mineral oil or organic copolymer, has better thermal stability.
3. Compared with common graft polydimethylsiloxane and polyoxyethylene copolymer, has better heat resistance.
Application:
It can draw into oiliness and water-based polyurethane or other suitable polymer perpetual, when it reaction with the terminal containing alkyl.
1. Improve outflow of the resin coating and leveling.
2. Anti-sticking, help peel.
3. Improve the synthetic leather’s breathability.
4. Anti-cratering, anti-blur/anti-floating color, and improve the shine.
Usage:
It depends on the required performance, the amount of polymer is generally 3-30%, it’s better to be diluted before adding into system.
Storage & Packing:
Stored in cool ventilated place, shelf life not less than 6 months.
Packed with 50kg plastic drum or 200kg coating metal drum.
