Description:
It’s hydroxypolyether modified polydimethylsiloxane with excellent high temperature resistance, wetting, and leveling properties.
Adding PU/PVC resin can increase the frequency of use of release paper, especially for special types of release paper with cloth patterns and deep patterns. For new release paper and special bright release paper, it can prevent abnormal phenomena such as blooming and shrinkage caused by asymmetric surface forces, extend the service life of release paper, and more than double the service life of release paper.
Used for anti sticking and peeling in semi PU and PU resins, enhancing wetting and leveling performance, and providing a smooth hand feel; It can also help with release, increase the number of times release paper is used, and the paper pattern is clear and full; It can prevent pinholes, concave holes, and flower formation caused by excessive moisture, and improve hydrolysis stability.
