It is oil-based, consists of two components  

1)    Paint --- mixture of fluorine silicone modified resin, Nano materials, pigments, fillers, solvent and auxiliary agent etc.  

2)    Curing agent

Characteristic 1

1-1) Superior anti-adhesive and anti-graffity performance

1-2) Excellent low surface energy; coating film feel smooth, small friction resistance;

Anti-adhesive performance ---- After drying coating film, small ads sticked by glue, paste & sticky tabs will peel off from coating film automatically.   

Anti-graffity performance ---- Ink and water-based pigment are difficult to adhere to the surface of coating film, even if small stains on it, it is easy to be erased by water;

Self-spray paint and oil-based pen has very low adhesion to coating film, (Self-spray paint and coating film appear double-skin state),  it can be gently erased by organic solvent such as alcohol, acetone etc.

Application range

Used in wire poles, light poles, aluminum panels, stop sign, public telephone booth, Ads billboard, trash etc. on the road sides in the

urban areas and communities, in order to prevent graffiti phenomenon, beneficial for cityscape management

Characteristic 2

a).Excellent anti-aging----- accelerated aging 1000h, no powder, no cracks, no peeling on the coating film.

b).Excellent Chemical resistance --- resistance to water, acid, alkali, salt water and heat, especially salt spray resistance

Application range:

1, Used for building reconstruction and repair, protection and decoration of building exterior wall;
2, Used for bridges, petrochemical, pipelines, storage tanks, power plants, mining, steel etc., to improve durability, weatherability and

anti-corrosion of the coating material;

3, Used for anti-corrosion treatment on the surface of steel frame, building, fence, container, offshore platform in the acid-rain area and coastal

area;
4, Used for the protection of ancient building and culture relics.

Characteristic 3

Color diversity, FSi-012 provides various colors and gloss for choice, or adjust color as per the customer’s need.

Characteristic 4

Convenient for operation, FSi-012 can be dried at room temperature or mid-temp., applicable for various coating way, such as spray coating, roller coating, brush coating etc.

Characteristic 5

With good adhesion on variety of building substrates such as cement, masonry etc.

IV. Operation instructions:

1). Coating method ---- Spray, brush coating, roller coating

2). Theoretical paint consumption -- 5-7m2/Kg (one time)  (dry film thickness of 25μm)

3). Utility time -- Prepare paint, curing agent and solvent in regulated proportion,  let stand 20 minutes,  then use it up in 3hrs.

4). Surface treatment ---- Remove surface dust, dirt, grease and loose material, the surface should be dry, clean and firm, PH value of the concrete surface should <10, and It need coated sealer primer, metal surfaces should be pre-treated, its roughness must be 40-80um and coated with matching primer.

5). Operation condition --- Coating temp. is 5-40’C,  the base temperature should be 3℃ above the air dew point temperature,  relative humidity should less than

85%.

6)    Thinner:  It should use our matching thinner. Reference usage is 10%-30%, the specific usage depends on actual use effect.

7)    Recoating time: Minimum 2hrs, maximum 24hrs, It needs to be polished when repairing.

8)    Full curing time (25 ℃): 168 hrs.

9)    Operation requirements:

a)    Stir paint evenly before coating,

b)    Then mix components A & B in strict proportion evenly, 

c)    Add the appropriate amount of diluent to adjust viscosity according to the operation situation, stand for 10-20 minutes, stir evenly and run out in 3 hours, or else, paint will become gel, can not be used.

V. Packing:

Packing two-components separately, Paint A & Curing agent B.

10kg, 20kg, 150kg iron drum ( N.W.)

VI. Storage & Shelf life:

Storage : Kept in cool, dry, ventilated place with good seal, away from fire;  

Shelf life : one year, expired paint still can be used if the test result is qualified.
