Identification:

1)  Solve 10mg of Oxiracetam into 2ml of water,  add potassium permanganate
     solution and sodium hydroxide solution, one drop for each, the solution turns
     from purple to blue, till green.

2)  Solve 10mg of Oxiracetam with one drop of hydrochloric acid, steam boiling
     water bath, Add test solution of potassium iodate and 5% potassium iodide
     solution, one drop for each, the solution appears brown, add one drop of
     starch indication solution, the solution appears blue.

3)  IR absorption spectrum of this product conforms with the standard one.

Solution clarity:

Take 1.0 g of this product, use 10ml of newly-boiled cold water to solve it, the solution is clear.
